Since we’re sending cards to disheartened children across the globe it is important that we receive all holiday cards at least 3 weeks before the holidays. Therefore, we recommend making cards that refer to the season, “You Warm Up the Winter” or “Happy New Year” in December.
Since our goal is to help take the children’s minds off their current situation we cannot deliver any card that says ‘Get Well Soon’, ‘Feel Better’, ‘Hang in There’ or anything else referring to the children’s condition.
“Thank you so very much for keeping Bradley Hospital in your thoughts, it means a lot to us as well as the children, adolescents and their families that come here seeking help. We love the cards.”
“Thank you so much for all those beautifully decorated cards and snowflakes! They were absolutely gorgeous and the most wonderful spirit-lifters for all these children at Sandy Hook.”
“It was so fun to make a card that would make a child feel like a rock star. Each card is one of a kind-just like the kids who received them.”
