Guidelines for Card Themes
-
General-Themed Cards (Most Preferred): We highly encourage creating general-themed cards with uplifting messages. These cards are the most versatile and valuable and can be delivered and enjoyed year-round.
-
Seasonal Cards: Seasonal cards (fall, winter, spring, or summer) are also welcome. These themes remain relevant for extended periods, allowing us time to process and distribute them to those in need.
-
Holiday-Specific Cards: If making holiday cards, please ensure they arrive at least two months before the holiday to ensure timely delivery.
Email Acknowledgments
If you include your email address inside your package, you’ll receive an automated acknowledgment once your cards are counted and sorted (not upon receipt). Please ensure your information is legible, as errors may occur during manual data entry.
Packaging Instructions
Clearly label the outside of your box or envelope with the type of cards included. (see example here)
