Create Cards

All cards and bookmarks must be 100% handmade. Please focus on creating uplifting cards with general themes to be enjoyed year-round.
-
We are currently running low on the following cards and would appreciate your help in creating them:
-
Non-seasonal English children's cards
-
Military-themed cards: view sample messages
-
Cards for seniors
-
Cards in Spanish
-
-
Please Note: If you plan on making holiday-themed cards, we encourage you to consider creating seasonal cards instead, such as fall, winter, spring, or summer themes. Seasonal cards have broader appeal, stay relevant longer, and allow us more time to process and distribute them, ensuring they reach those in need when most appreciated.
-
If you choose to make holiday-specific cards, please send them to us at least two months before the holiday to ensure they arrive on time.
-
-
Email acknowledgments: If you provide us with an email address inside your package, you will receive an automated email. Please note that we only send emails after we have counted and sorted your cards, not upon receipt.
-
Our lovely volunteers must manually input the data provided by the cardmaker, so there may be errors. Please make sure that the information you provide is legible. We apologize in advance for any errors or omissions that may occur.
-
When packaging your cards, please label the outside of your box/envelope with the type of cards included (see example here).
Creating cards is a simple way to give back individually, with family and friends, as an organization (group or club), or as a corporate involvement project.
